Trinity Real Estate Information

As one of the fastest growing communities in the county, Trinity and its population of almost 4,000 residents is expected to witness a three-fold increase in its population within the next few years. Several smaller neighborhoods are also included in the Trinity community, namely Champions Club, Trinity Oaks, Foxwood, Trinity West and East, Heritage Springs, and The Villages Of Fox Hollow. While the area is still relatively quiet and undeveloped, Trinity has three local grocery stores as well as big-box retailers like Target and Super Wal-Mart. The presence of convenient and inexpensive shopping so close to home is a major appeal for residents who dread having to drive miles to run errands and pick up groceries.

Fox Hollow Golf Club, Crescent Oaks Country Club, and Cypress Run Golf Club are all located between Trinity and Odessa and are some of the highest quality courses in the area. A range of small corner parks are dotted across the Trinity area and are well used, especially by some of Trinity’s youngest residents.

The Pasco County Schools District provides the public education system in Trinity through its campuses at Trinity Elementary School and Trinity Oaks Elementary School. The nearest middle school is the Seven Springs Middle School on the eastern fringe of New Port Richey while the closest high school is also nearby at J. W. Mitchell High School. A number of private college preparatory schools are also located in Trinity.

Trinity College is one of Trinity’s biggest local contributors and since 1932 has attracted a dynamic and youthful student population to the Trinity area. The school has been ranked as one of the best values in private university educations by Consumers Digest and offers both two- and four-year degree programs. Centered around Biblical studies, the school is based around a highly-religious curriculum but has placed its graduates in positions around the world, not only in ministries but in economic relief, business, education, human services, government, and communications.
